Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a full-time Family Advocacy Program Assistant at Hurlburt Field to provide administrative, technical, and prevention services within the Family Advocacy Program team.

The FAPA will maintain data systems (FAPNet), enter maltreatment data within 15 days, support NPSP and SPaCE measures, and assist with curriculum development and client engagement under FAPM and DAF guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in education, social/health-related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in abuse, maltreatment, or mental health settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated data collection systems including FAPNet.
• Enter maltreatment data into FAPNet within 15 days after CCS.
• Provide admin and computer support for maltreatment intervention, NPSP, and secondary prevention via FAPNet.
• Provide information on patient satisfaction and outcomes with the FAPM.
• Assist in research by administering data collection instruments.
• Support SPaCE measurement and secondary prevention activities.
• Collaborate with prevention team to support NPSP clients.
• Occasionally accompany staff on home visits.
• Deliver prevention services and briefings to leadership and community.
• Provide orientation/training to Squadron Commanders and First Sergeants as directed.
• Document contacts within 72 hours for maltreatment cases.
