Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a full-time Family Advocacy Program Assistant to support the Family Advocacy Program at Barksdale Air Force Base. The role focuses on administrative, technical, and prevention services across maltreatment intervention, NPSP, and SPaCE components.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in education or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a domestic abuse, maltreatment, or mental health setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various databases/software.
• Experience developing educational curricula with defined objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated data collection systems including FAPNet.
• Enter maltreatment data within 15 days after CCS.
• Provide admin and computer support for maltreatment intervention, NPSP, and prevention components via FAPNet and other software.
• Provide information on patient satisfaction, recidivism, and outcomes.
• Administer data collection instruments for referrals to the FAP.
• Process and score instruments and follow up as directed.
• Assist FAIS with measurement instructions for SPaCE.
• Collaborate with the prevention team to support NPSP clients.
• Occasionally accompany staff on home visits.
• Provide prevention services, briefings, presentations, and activities to base personnel.
• May train Squadron Commanders and First Sergeants as directed.
• Make notes within 72 hours for direct contact with maltreatment contacts or open NPSP records.
