Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is hiring a Family Advocacy Program Assistant to support the Family Advocacy Program at Tinker Air Force Base. This full-time role focuses on administrative and computer support, data collection, and preventive services for military families.

The FAPA will work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain FAPNet, score assessments, and contribute to program evaluations while coordinating with the FAIS and FAPM.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Education, social/behavioral health, or health care.
• At least 1 year experience in settings dealing with domestic abuse, child maltreatment, or mental health.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various databases/software.
• Experience developing educational curriculum with clear objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated data collection systems including FAPNet.
• Enter maltreatment data into FAPNet within 15 days of CCS.
• Provide admin and computer support for maltreatment intervention and NPSP.
• Assist in measuring patient satisfaction, recidivism, and outcomes.
• Administer data collection instruments and manage scoring.
• Support SPaCE measurement and client engagement activities.
• Collaborate with prevention team to assist NPSP clients under case management.
• Occasionally accompany team members to home visits as needed.
• Deliver prevention services, briefings, and educational presentations to leadership and base agencies.
