Job summary

Children's Home Society of Florida is seeking an experienced Family Resource Center Outreach Manager to drive community engagement and strengthen partnerships across CHS locations. You will lead outreach strategy, plan events, and supervise a team to ensure consistent, high‑quality family services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience analyzing outreach data and using performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement and outreach strategy across all locations.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives, events, workshops, and partnerships.
• Plan logistics for outreach events, staffing, materials, and vendors.
• Develop a comprehensive outreach calendar aligned with goals.
• Oversee outreach marketing, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Prepare monthly outreach reports and dashboards for leadership.
