The Falls Prevention Program Manager (RN) at Diversity Group oversees the program's development, implementation, and ongoing management in accordance with national standards and outcomes research. You will coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, lead fall prevention initiatives, and mentor staff to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Qualified applicants hold a nursing degree with an active US license, and have experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and education.

Formación

• English language proficiency for direct patient care roles.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with applicable licensure/registration.
• Licensed nurse in a US state with active, full, and unrestricted registration.
• Ability to obtain state licensing and permanent appointment upon program completion.
• Foreign nursing education requires degree equivalency validation.
• Current full and active nursing license in a US state or territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Falls Prevention Program across the facility with evaluation, development, coordination and management.
• Serve as consultant for problem resolution across service lines.
• Demonstrate leadership in improving holistic care and clinical practices.
