U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Falls Prevention Program Manager (RN) to lead, coordinate and manage the facility's falls prevention initiatives. The role requires building program governance, evaluating practice patterns, and developing education for staff and patients to reduce falls.

The position emphasizes leadership, clinical judgment, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a hospital setting. Telework is not available; standard Monday–Friday schedule applies.

Competenze

• Minimum nursing degree from an approved school.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.
• State license required for appointment; eligibility for temporary appointment if pursuing licensure.
• Graduates of foreign schools must have degree validation and US licensure.
• Reference VA Qualification Standards for the 0610 series.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the Falls Prevention Program across the facility.
• Evaluate current practices, develop and coordinate program initiatives.
