You will inspect, clean, repair, test, and certify fall protection equipment, keep the rental fleet ready for customers, and support inventory and shop activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of related safety/industrial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Forklift experience preferred; willing to obtain certification.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, including offshore.
• Ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, service, repair, reassemble, test, and certify fall protection equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and functional testing; identify deficiencies and recommend repairs.
• Prepare repair estimates and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Complete inspection reports, repair docs, work orders, and data entry.
• Maintain rental equipment; ensure it is clean, tested, and ready for deployment.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, staging equipment, and loading orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support additional shop and field responsibilities as assigned.
