Job summary

Total Safety U.S., Inc. in Austin is seeking an IPSC Technician to support inspection, testing, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned or Total Safety equipment under supervision. You will interface with customers regularly and ensure work complies with safety policies.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift certification is preferred and PPE/respiratory protection training may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance; insurable for company vehicle.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to pass internal forklift certification.
• Proficiency with PPE and respiratory protection training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain safety equipment per manufacturer requirements and company/customer policies.
• Stock shelves with clean, tested equipment and assist with loading orders onto trucks.
• Issue, receive, track, and inspect equipment per requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
