Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Fall 2027 Process Engineering Co-op in Spartanburg, SC. You will support safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability improvements across production processes, working with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and interest in process improvement and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Support engineering and manufacturing projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of production processes and equipment.
Analyze process data to identify improvements, troubleshoot issues, and develop data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other teams to implement process improvements.
Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and project updates to communicate impact.
