Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a practice guiding individuals on financial clarity and generosity within a faith-based community. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, licensing support, and ongoing training as you establish your practice.

You’ll control your schedule and earn commissions and incentives based on success, with support from Thrivent’s specialists and a collaborative culture designed to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity, service and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
• Schedule client appointments and deliver financial workshops.
