Job summary

Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to attract, engage, and support employees throughout their employment journey. You will partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR-related projects in a Christ-centered environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of HR recruitment experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClickUp, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field; 2–3+ years HR recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition from requisition through start date.
• Coordinate recruiting operations using ClickUp and other systems.
• Support employee engagement and transitions, documenting feedback.
• Maintain HR records and tracking documents accurately.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives to support employees.
