You’ll receive structured training to obtain state licenses (life, health, variable contracts) and FINRA registrations, then operate with commissions and incentives as you grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration/insurance licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable financial advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term client relationships based on trust across communities.
• Schedule client meetings and deliver workshops and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to support advisors’ success.
