Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check and registrations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity with Christian values.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and communities.
• Schedule client appointments and conduct financial workshops and marketing.
• Collaborate across business development, marketing, and advisory teams.
