Thrivent is seeking a financial advisor to provide purpose-based financial guidance, helping clients build and protect financial well-being through investments, insurance, and banking products. You’ll begin with paid training and licensing, then operate with commission-based earnings and incentives, backed by a collaborative Thrivent team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance verification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client meetings leveraging networks and Thrivent’s reputation.
• Deliver workshops and market your practice while maintaining work-life balance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists across the organization for client success.
• Receive support from business development, marketing, technology and experienced advisors.
