• Lead the Mission’s spiritual direction, organizational health, and sustainability.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow, internal controls, audits, and restricted funds.
• Fundraise, cultivate major donors, and represent CRM publicly.
• Translate strategy into priorities, measures, and growth opportunities.
• Develop leaders, ensure cross‑department collaboration, and board engagement.
