Georgia United Methodist Foundation seeks a faith-centered President & Chief Executive Officer to guide growth and impact. The CEO will combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution, building trusted relationships with Trustees, staff, clergy, and donors across Georgia.

This role demands a leader who inspires generous philanthropy and navigates change within church and financial markets. The CEO will drive growth in loans, investments, and endowment services, shaping innovative programs

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of executive or senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, faith-based, philanthropic, financial services, foundation, or mission-driven organization.
• Demonstrated success in relationship-building with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with fundraising, donor stewardship, planned giving, endowment development, or major gift cultivation.
• Knowledge of investment management principles, fiduciary oversight, and financial stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire staff and Trustees, serving as chief relationship officer.
• Grow annual giving, endowment, planned and transformational gifts and broad donor engagement across Georgia.
• Develop sustainable revenue models, loans, investments, and endowment services.
• Enhance awareness and reach of the Foundation within the Georgia Conference and Wesleyan communities.
• Ensure strong financial management and responsible stewardship of resources.
