Job summary

Georgia United Methodist Foundation, Inc. seeks a faith-centered President & CEO to guide strategic vision, strengthen relationships, and grow ministry impact across Georgia.

The role requires inspiring leadership, financial acumen, and effective stewardship of resources within a dynamic church-financial services context. The CEO will engage with Trustees, the Georgia Conference, and congregational partners, champion philanthropy, and lead innovation in lending, investments, and endowment

Qualifications

• Relationship-building, external engagement, and stakeholder communications.
• 5–10 years of executive or senior leadership in nonprofit/faith-based organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit leadership, theology, finance, or law.
• Knowledge of investment management, fiduciary oversight, and financial stewardship.
• Experience with fundraising, donor stewardship, endowment development, or major gifts.
• Experience working with a Board of Trustees and committees.
• Strategic thinking with integrity, humility, collaboration and accountability.
• Experience leading through organizational and market disruption.

• Increase revenue through loans, investments, endowment, and new programs.
