Job summary

Midlands Housing Alliance and Transitions Homeless Center seek a President and CEO to lead a multi-program nonprofit focused on shelter, housing navigation, employment support, healthcare access, meals, and coordinated services for adults experiencing homelessness. Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressively responsible management in nonprofit or human-services sectors.
• Experience leading a complex, service-intensive organization with diverse programs.
• Proven ability to fundraise and manage donor relationships at scale.
• Preferred experience in homelessness, housing, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary, mission-centered leadership for Midlands Housing Alliance and Transitions Homeless Center.
• Oversee shelter operations, housing navigation, case management, and program quality.
• Partner with the Board, funders, local government, and community stakeholders.
