Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Candidates must have personal life experience relevant to recovery.
• CRSS credential must be attained within one year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with faith-based communities to raise awareness of behavioral health services.
• Attend monthly meetings with faith-based leaders to discuss congregational behavioral health needs.
• Facilitate workshops and summits for faith communities to reduce stigma and promote resources.
• Provide advocacy training to faith-based leaders to guide communities to treatment and recovery resources.
• Share personal recovery experiences to foster empathy and reduce stigma around mental health.
