Job summary

Victory Shop at Victory Church in Tulsa seeks a friendly Shop Team Member to assist customers, manage sales at the point of sale, and keep the store welcoming and organized. You will help customers choose books and gifts and support ministry events with a Christ-centered approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff, with scheduling including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting books, gifts, and resources.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
• Stock shelves, receive inventory, and assist with merchandising displays.
• Answer customer questions in person, by phone, or email as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges per store policies.
• Support bookstore events, promotions, and special sales.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to support ministry goals.
