SUMMARYThe Shop Team Member serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable representative of the Victory Shop, providing excellent service while supporting the mission of Victory Church. This role assists customers with product selection, answers questions about books and gifts, operates the point-of-sale system, and maintains an organized, inviting store environment.
