Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Management team by modeling Christ-like behavior for staff, donors, and customers.
• Provide friendly and joyful customer greetings and service throughout the shopping experience.
• Handle register transactions accurately including cash, credit, and non-cash payments.
• Maintain and display store merchandise, cleanliness, and safety in all areas including restrooms and parking lot.
• Communicate daily events or issues to the manager to ensure proper handling per policy.
• Attend training events and store meetings as scheduled to stay current with procedures.
