Job summary

Victory Christian Center Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Customer Service Associate for Victory Café. You will greet customers, take orders, craft beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming space while handling cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers immediately and warmly upon entry.
• Accurately taking orders via the POS system with customizations.
• Preparing and serving beverages and food items per recipes.
• Dialing in grinders, measuring coffee, ensuring milk texture/temperature.
• Restocking cups, syrups, pastries, and dairy products.
• Opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and balancing the register.
• Providing positive customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
• Assisting in prepping food and drink areas; weekend shifts included.
