Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education/child development preferred.
• Experience with school-age children in classroom, childcare, camp, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during before-school, after-school, and break times.
• Maintain safety and well-being of all students at all times.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and assist with homework as needed.
• Foster a faith-centered environment reflecting Catholic values.
• Communicate student concerns to leadership and parents as appropriate.
• Maintain attendance records and follow sign-in/sign-out procedures.
