The role supports the ministry's mission by sharing the gospel and fostering a compassionate, structured first experience for individuals seeking freedom from addiction.

The position requires strong administrative skills, relationship-building, and the ability to coordinate with attorneys, courts, and staff

• Conduct applicant screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for admission.
• Communicate program expectations, requirements, policies, and next steps to residents, families, referral partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate communication with attorneys, court clerks, bondsmen, and probation/parole officers to ensure best interests of the resident.
