Responsibilities

• Provide prospective residents and families with encouragement, support, prayer, and ministry-centered guidance throughout the admissions journey.
• Share the gospel message and support the mission of Hope Center Ministries by helping individuals take their first step toward life transformation and recovery.
• Respond to prospective resident inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner via phone, email, text, and other platforms.
• Conduct applicant screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for admission.
• Communicate program expectations, requirements, policies, and next steps to residents, families, referral partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate communication with attorneys, court clerks, bondsmen, and probation/parole officers to ensure best interests of the resident.
