Job summary

Hope Center Ministries seeks an Admissions Coordinator to partner with community organizations, judicial agencies, and campus teams to screen, vet, and schedule admissions, while ensuring timely reporting and compliance with organizational requirements.

The role supports the ministry’s mission by sharing the gospel with prospective residents, families, and community members, and by coordinating sponsorships and logistics for admissions.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening, drug testing, and reference checks.
• Experience in admissions, ministry, or nonprofit settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide encouragement, support, prayer, and ministry guidance during the admissions journey.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and other platforms.
• Screen applicants to determine eligibility for admission.
• Clearly communicate program expectations and next steps to residents, family members, referral partners, and outside agencies.
• Coordinate admissions, transportation, intake appointments, and related logistics.
• Maintain CRM updates and timely reporting.
• Represent the ministry with professionalism and integrity.
• Develop and maintain sponsor networks to assist financially.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and performance indicators.
