You will conduct in-depth analyses using metallographic, SEM, XRD, and related techniques to determine failure modes and inform design and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in server manufacturing engineering.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the causes of failures using professional analysis techniques and tools.
• Provide improvement suggestions to R&D, production, and quality control.
• Improve product quality and reliability to reduce costs and after-sales failures.
• Accumulate failure analysis knowledge in a case database for training and R&D.
