Qualifications

• Proficient in failure analysis methods and able to determine failure modes and causes.
• Knowledge of materials properties and behaviors, including aging and corrosion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the causes of failures using professional analysis techniques and identify root causes.
• Provide improvement suggestions to R&D, production, and quality control to optimize design and processes.
• Improve product quality and reliability to reduce after-sales failures and maintenance costs.
• Accumulate knowledge by building a failure analysis case database for training and reference.
