Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of failure analysis experience in electronics/semiconductor industry.
• Experience with SEM, EDX, XRF and other analytical tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on electronic components and systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to investigate failures.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to enhance product performance.
