The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in failure analysis in electronics or semiconductor industries, a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Science (Master's preferred), and hands-on experience with SEM, EDX, and XRF.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Science (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of failure analysis experience in electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Proven root cause analysis experience and implementing corrective actions.
• Hands-on with SEM, EDX, and XRF techniques.
• Familiarity with reliability testing and environmental stress screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess failures and prepare detailed reports.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and maintain robust failure analysis processes for consistent, accurate results.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Document all procedures, findings, and corrective actions for future reference and process improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging failure analysis technologies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support product development and reliability initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in failure analysis best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
