Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in failure analysis within electronics/semiconductor industry.
• Experience with SEM, EDX, XRF and reliability testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects and malfunctions.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to assess failures and generate comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Implement and manage failure analysis processes to ensure consistent results.
• Communicate findings to engineering teams and management to support decisions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, findings, and actions.
