Georgia State University’s College of Education & Human Development is seeking a College Faculty Reviews & Systems Coordinator-HR Coordinator to support the Dean's Office. The role involves coordinating promotion, tenure, and annual reviews, training staff, and managing templates and case workflows within CEHD systems and PeopleAdmin.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong data management and collaboration across departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
• Experience creating forms, instructions, and group emails.
• Ability to create, update and pull data.

Responsabilidades

• Use lnterfolio to assist with reviews and promotions at college level.
• Provide annual and individual training as needed.
• Create templates for each review process and manage case submissions.
• Ensure adherence to CEHD timelines from candidate to Dean/Provost/President.
• Coordinate external review letter process.
• Work with faculty candidates, dept. committees, Deans, and Office of Faculty Affairs.
• Use PeopleAdmin to initiate job postings and coordinate search process.
• Train CEHD employees on PeopleAdmin and assist onboarding.
• Maintain faculty data spreadsheets and provide Digital Measures access.
