Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years in a project planning or coordination role.
  • OR Associate’s Degree/Two years of college plus two (2) years of related work experience or four (4) years of related work experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree and related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the work of the Office of the Dean and the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs.
  • Strategic event planning including developing RFPs and analyzing venue proposals.
  • Create and execute professional development infographics and documentation for faculty reviews, promotions, and awards.
  • Collaborate with department chairs to articulate information and create user-friendly resources.
  • Support day-to-day operations for the Vice Dean for Operations.
