Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in student activities, student organization advising, campus event planning, or related area.
• Demonstrated leadership, budget management, strong communication, commitment to diversity, and effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and leadership development of two full-time professionals.
• Supervise the Student Programming Team and multiple staff members.
• Lead weekly team meetings and bi-weekly supervisor meetings.
• Oversee large-scale campus events, budgeting, training, and assessment initiatives.
• Support Homecoming activities and collaboration with campus departments.
• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities with external partners.
• Serve as liaison with talent agencies, managers, and venues.
