Bachelor’s degree in a related field andtwo years of experience in a fee for service operation. At least one year experience supervising andtraining employees. Additionalexperience may be substituted for some or all of the education requirement. Excellentoral and written communications skills.A working knowledge of Excel and Word software. Knowledge of enterprise-wide computerapplications.
Ability to independently perform specialized tasks followingstated procedures. Skill in applyingbasic analytical skills to problems where clear precedent may not exist. Thorough knowledge of and skill in applyingoffice practices and procedures, principles of office management andsupervision. Skill in planning andcoordinating clerical work; in motivating and providing guidance andinstruction to clerical personnel.Ability to interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures toeveryday situations. to establish and evaluate clerical methods and procedures;to negotiate resolution to scheduling and procedural problems; to communicateeffectively both orally and in writing; to establish and maintain effectivework relationships.
