Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Program Manager for Faculty Planning to own the annual staffing cycle and drive data‑driven decisions across K–12 networks. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams including Finance, Data & Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure staffing plans align with school designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in program management, management or internal consulting, strategy and operations, analytics, or human capital in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with faculty or workforce planning, staffing strategy, succession planning, or organizational growth strategy strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing large‑scale, cross‑functional programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual faculty planning calendar and year-round planning process.
• Partner with Finance to refine staffing model and ensure alignment.
• Model staffing and leadership needs over a 3–5 year horizon.
• Monitor teacher utilization and classroom coverage; track issues to resolution.
• Identify capability gaps and partner on talent attraction and development.
