• Own the annual faculty planning calendar and year-round planning process.
• Refine staffing model with leadership and ensure planning tools reflect standards.
• Model staffing needs over 3–5 year horizon considering enrollment and scheduling.
• Monitor teacher utilization and classroom coverage.
• Partner with Schooling, Finance, Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
