Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York is seeking a Program Manager, High School, to own planning, execution, and quality of network programs supporting our high schools. You will turn school design decisions into clear plans, timelines, and standard work that schools can reliably follow, with a focus on graduation pathways and scheduling.

The role collaborates across college counseling, school operations, registrar, assessment, athletics, arts, and external programs; you will lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in program management, management or internal consulting, or strategy and operations.
• Multidisciplinary and entrepreneurial, with ability to connect strategy, design, and execution.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience managing large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage graduation pathways for every high school scholar, maintaining accurate data and identifying off-track scholars.
• Lead graduation reviews throughout the year and coordinate with school leaders.
• Coordinate annual scheduling across Network teams from course offerings to final schedules.
• Own the high school calendar and milestones, ensuring timely direction and execution.
