Job summary

Responsibilities

• Post and manage requisitions in the ATS.
• Track candidate progress and update status.
• Manage CRM system and databases like LinkedIn.
• Conduct interviews and present candidates to leadership.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
