• Support day-to-day administrative operations of the Faculty & Instruction team
• Manage transactional processes including invoicing, onboarding, and contracts
• Handle scheduling and system access
• Oversee course-content administration
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Curriculum, Product, Marketing, and Sales
