Colibri Group is seeking a Faculty Administrator to support Becker’s Faculty & Instruction team in day-to-day administrative operations. You will handle invoicing, onboarding, contracts, and scheduling, collaborating with Curriculum, Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth faculty engagements.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Faculty Administrator supports the day-to-day administrative operations of Becker’s Faculty & Instruction team. Reporting to the Senior Faculty Coordinator, this role owns the transactional processes that keep faculty engagements running smoothly— invoicing, onboarding, contracts, scheduling, system access, and course-content administration—and collaborates with internal teams such as Curriculum, Product, Marketing, and Sales.
