The role focuses on instructional design, educational technology integration, and supporting innovative, interdisciplinary curricula.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design and faculty support.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, educational technology, or faculty development in higher education.
• Demonstrated expertise with Canvas LMS.
• Strong understanding of assessment principles and student-centered, experiential learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Educational Technology Integration & Canvas LMS Support: help faculty integrate technologies that enhance active learning and engagement.
• Assessment Design & Curricular Alignment: partner with curriculum leaders to blend assessment into classroom teaching and continuous improvement.
• Faculty Development & Onboarding: provide onboarding and ongoing development for full‑time and adjunct faculty, create guides and resources.
• Collaborative Partnership & Program Support: work with faculty groups on curriculum development and program assessment.
