Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Office of Clinical & Community Trials (OCCT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Health Administration field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in HR, organizational development, healthcare administration, nonprofit management or related field.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with content management and publishing, software, and database technologies.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Organizational skills: ability to establish priorities and multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary staff resource for the Office of Faculty Development and coordinates access to campus resources for faculty development.
• Maintains and advances content management and publishing processes for departmental resources.
• Coordinates the department's faculty mentorship and leadership development activities.
• Tracks expenditures and manages program budgets.
• Prepares routine correspondence, minutes, and documents for OFD programs.
• Coordinates and records referrals and evaluations flowing through the program and tracks faculty utilization and satisfaction.
• Oversees the quarterly Department newsletter and coordinates content and distribution.
• Assists with promotion processes and faculty appointment/on-boarding procedures.
