Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Faculty Development Coordinator to support our government customer in Dayton, OH at Wright Patterson AFB. The role focuses on developing and delivering faculty education, coordinating annual reviews, and ensuring adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include managing complex educational initiatives, collaborating with the Office of the Dean, and leveraging Office 365 tools for reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design or curriculum development, organizational development, or related field with relevant experience.
• A master’s degree in education, instructional design or curriculum development, organizational development, or related field is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Annual Course Reviews to evaluate course effectiveness and instructor proficiency.
• Develop and deliver education and training professional development for instructors.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory procedures.
• Attend trainings and meetings with government representatives.
• Manage complex educational initiatives and projects, write continuity documents, and coordinate with colleges and partners.
• Provide data-informed improvements via EOC feedback and SMART action plans.
• Support testing programs and curriculum updates as required.
• Review and communicate instructor qualifications to maintain full qualification status.
• Collaborate with the Office of the Dean and partners to ensure governance and accreditation adherence.
• Analyze program compliance and performance metrics as directed.
