Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Faculty Development Coordinator in Dayton, OH to support government education programs at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role involves collaboration with QA, course directors, instructors, and the Office of the Dean to advance annual reviews and instructor proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing a higher education faculty development program.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Windows, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, Planner, Power BI, Forms).
• Experience with databases or tracking systems for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with course evaluations and implementing improvement plans.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• CCAF Affiliate School Liaison training to be attended at government expense.

Responsibilities

• Support Annual Course Reviews to evaluate course effectiveness and instructor proficiency as directed by government representatives.
• Develop and deliver education and training for instructors per government requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory policies.
• Coordinate complex educational initiatives, write continuity documents, and engage with colleges/partners.
• Analyze data and develop SMART action plans for course/instructional improvement.
• Assist testing programs and curriculum updates as required by government representatives.
• Manage instructor qualifications tracking data and generate reports.
• Provide liaison support with the Office of the Dean and DoW/DoE stakeholders.
