Job summary

Indiana University Northwest is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Research, and Creative Activity. This role coordinates onboarding, mentoring, development, reviews, and faculty awards, while managing documentation and communications across a busy office.

In this in-person position, you will liaise with chairs, faculty, administrators, and committees, and support scheduling, onboarding, and confidential processes to ensure timely milestones and

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support for project management activities, resource allocation, and communication.
• Develop a schedule designed to meet deadlines and communicates with team members.
• Monitor project progress and handle moderately complex issues that arise.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained for each project.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams with varying levels of seniority and experience to support various programs.
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks and prepares correspondence related to the project.
• Maintains a detailed, organized file and records system.
