Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience with administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and guidance to search/review committees and recommend process improvements.
• Document and interpret policies for chairs, faculty leads, and candidates.
• Manage review, promotion, and search processes, and prepare committee reports.
• Prepare and edit documents for faculty review and recommendations.
• Serve as onboarding contact and oversee faculty visa matters and policy guidance.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with faculty policies led by the Office of Faculty Advancement.
