Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with administrative processes or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret policies and document guidance for appointment/promotion processes.
• Experience with preparing committee materials, reports, and onboarding new faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to search/review committees and suggest process improvements.
• Document policies for appointment/promotion forms and advise on interpretation.
• Manage review, promotion, and search processes; create agendas and prepare documents.
