Qualifications

• Terminal degree required; eligible for Associate/Professor rank.
• Five years of faculty experience in an academic health center.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for faculty affairs and oversees Office of Faculty Affairs operations.
• Leads recruitment, retention, promotion, and professional development of faculty; fosters wellness and collaboration.
• Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation aligned with priorities.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for the division of health affairs.
• Collaborates on accreditation efforts and prepares for ongoing accreditation activities.
• Represents the school at local, regional, state, and national levels.
