Salario/Tarifa de pago/Compensación: $12.00 por hora

Turno:

Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.

¿Cómo es un día típico como Asistente de Facturación?

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Contactar a los clientes para obtener la información de los medidores de equipos multifuncionales.
• Procesar datos para generar facturas precisas para cada cliente.
• Analizar y resolver con los clientes casos relacionados con facturas de medidores.
• Reportarte al supervisor de facturación.

Este puesto podría ser ideal para ti si:

• Tienes experiencia utilizando equipos comunes de oficina, como computadoras, impresoras y calculadoras.
• Posees sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
• Demuestras excelentes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo.
• Preferiblemente, tienes experiencia en entrada de datos y un alto nivel de atención al detalle, especialmente en facturación o en cualquier otra área relacionada con las finanzas.
• Cuentas con excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, para colaborar eficazmente con personal interno y externo de todos los niveles.
• Tienes conocimientos básicos o un curso técnico, preferiblemente en Finanzas, Contabilidad o áreas relacionadas.
• Dominas Microsoft Office —Word, PowerPoint y Excel—, Windows y Outlook.
